Over the past year, we’ve surveyed over 2000 travelers from across the United States to understand how to make travel better for everyone. Our survey participants include men and women (60:40) ages 25–65, who have taken at least 2 flights in the past 12 months.

Here is what we heard.

From the Survey Participants

“I had a four-hour delay at O'Hare and I genuinely could not find a single quiet corner. I ended up sitting on the floor near a charging station with headphones in just to decompose enough to function.”

— Amanda

“Lounges are great in theory but they've become so crowded since credit cards started giving access to everyone. Half the time I don't bother.”

— Sam

“If it's clean, private, and close to my gate, I'd book it the same way I book a lounge day pass. Easily worth $15 for 30 minutes.”

— Michael

“I have a Priority Pass and the lounge at that terminal had a 45-minute wait. My gate was in a completely different concourse. I just needed 20 minutes to make a call and decompress, and there was no option.”

— Jennie
